  23. Unfortunately metrics and bitmaps were not included, so I have been forced  
  24. to create them using Fontographer. In common with the founts created by  
  25. Monotype, I have left out any kerning information, but if anyone has access  
  26. to the correct files (AFMs etc) and they could binmail them to me I could  
  27. combine kerning information.
